ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – A woman has been charged after a deadly crash in south Asheville.
The Asheville Police Department said 68-year-old Jane Neill Hughes has been cited for unsafe movement and received an additional charge of misdemeanor death by motor vehicle following a thorough investigation and consultation with the Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office.
