JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) — A man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Dollar General store in Charleston, police said.
Officers responded to the store at 1752 River Road around 8:45 p.m. on April 25 after employees reported that a masked person armed with a rifle entered the business and demanded money, according to the Charleston Police Department. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
