A person was struck and killed by a vehicle on Highway 99 just south of First Avenue in Junction City May 5, police said.
The crash was first reported at approximately 4:45 p.m., according to Junction City Fire and Rescue officials. The southbound lanes of the highway were closed temporarily for an investigation.
