BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WOWK) – Authorities in Boyd County have issued a Golden Alert for a missing man.
According to the Ashland-Boyd County-Catlettsburg Office of Emergency Management, Alvin Perkins, 56, walked away from his home on 24th Street in Ashland on the evening of April 29. They say he may have traveled to the Florence, Kentucky, area.
Perkins is described as a caucasian male standing 5’9″ and weighing approximately 250 lbs, with blue eyes and a bald head.
