Hendersonville takes first step to annex property on Kingdom Way

During its April 28 meeting, the Hendersonville Board of Mayor & Aldermen approved a plan of services for annexation and rezoning of approximately 22.4 acres of property at 1402 and 1410 Kingdom Way.

Both properties lie within the city’s urban growth boundary and within an area designated as Regional Activity Center in the city’s future land use and transportation plan. Located adjacent to the Wyncrest neighborhood, the properties’ current zoning through Sumner County is Rural Residential.
