SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A 54-year-old man died after a late-night house fire on Runaway Point Road on Tuesday, and his family said they are still trying to process how quickly the situation turned deadly.
Fire crews were called to the 100 block of Runaway Point Rd. around 11 p.m. for a structure fire. Family members identified the victim as Anthony Pierce.
They said they initially thought something was wrong, but not a fire emergency…
