LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – We have an update on the now-former CEO of Fermi America, Incorporated. Toby Neugebauer, who also co-founded the company, has filed a lawsuit against the Fermi board.
Neugebauer is asking for a temporary injunction, to declare his removal from the board invalid. He also claims Fermi wrongfully terminated his employment.
