JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ore. — A Scio man has died following a two-vehicle, head-on collision involving a motorcycle on Highway 20 on Sunday afternoon, May 3, 2026.
Oregon State Police responded to the crash scene near milepost 81.5 at approximately 4:17 p.m. According to the preliminary investigation, a black Harley-Davidson FHX operated by 65-year-old Kevin Allen Cloud was traveling westbound when he attempted to pass traffic.
