BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. (WLOS) — If you’ve noticed more black bears around Black Mountain lately, you’re not alone. The Black Mountain Police Department says sightings have become much more common over the past several weeks.
“Last week, we had a lot of calls about bears and cubs as well,” Deputy Chief Chris Kuhn said.
