EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man accused of owing tens of thousands of dollars in child support was arrested in El Paso after deputies tracked him down during a surveillance operation in Central El Paso.
On Thursday deputies with the El Paso County Constable’s Office Precinct 3, under the leadership of Constable Hector Bernal, arrested 37-year-old Antonio Villa on a warrant for criminal non-support.
