EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. (First Alert 4) – A Madison County jury convicted a man on Thursday of kidnapping and rape.
Prosecutors said that Timothy J. Dubois Jr. approached the woman while she was in her vehicle outside of a Starbucks in Collinsville in November 2022. The victim said he had a large knife and forced her to drive to Troy, Illinois, where he sexually assaulted her.
