Aiea caregiver fined for reportedly leaving clients unattended

AIEA, Hawaii (Island News) – The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) Office of Health Care Assurance (OHCA) issued an administrative penalty against a community care foster family home operator after they reportedly left clients unattended.

Loreen Troxel was fined a $500 administrative penalty following enforcement action for serious and substantive violations.
