INDIANAPOLIS — Thousands of dollars worth of Pokémon cards were reportedly stolen from a trading card store on the south side of Indianapolis on Friday morning.
According to a police report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, a burglary was reported at Grandmaster Games, located in the Southern Plaza shopping center, at around 5:52 a.m. on Friday.
During the incident, the report states that $10,000 in “multiple Pokémon cards” were stolen from the store.
Grandmaster Games addressed the incident on its social media page on Friday morning, stating it was “not exactly the Friday morning post (the store) wanted to make.”

The post read that there is not a lot of information about the person allegedly involved in the burglary, stating they were “masked up and in a jacket.” The store stated that the person “mostly took graded stuff and a handful of cards in the display cases.”…
