MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man who was fatally killed in a Southaven shooting on Tuesday has now been identified by the Southaven Police Department (SPD).
SPD confirmed the victim is 31-year-old Jacquey R. Witherspoon, of Memphis, Tennessee.
Decoriun Veasley, 20, has been charged with capital murder, armed carjacking, armed robbery, and possession of a stolen firearm, police said.
