PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man threatened to set his house on fire with his 15-year-old daughter inside during a barricade situation in North Philadelphia overnight.
Police negotiators had been trying to get the man out of the house, located at 10th Street and Indiana Avenue, since about 1 a.m. Investigators said he surrendered around 7 a.m. Friday.
His daughter is safe; she wasn’t hurt…
