LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Attorney General Ken Paxton said he is investigating Lubbock ISD and other districts to see if they are cooperating with new school legislation.
Paxton wants to make sure the district is displaying the Ten Commandments in classrooms, a requirement that comes from Senate Bill 10, which took effect in September.
