IDOT announced today that a project to repair the bridge that carries Pauling Road over Interstate 57, in Will County, will begin, weather permitting, Monday, May 11.
To complete the work, Pauling Road will be fully closed just before the bridge. Traffic will be detoured to Illinois 50 (Governors Highway), Manhattan-Monee Road and Harlem Avenue. The public also should expect occasional overnight lane closures on the I-57 throughout construction. …
