Stella Blues, the long-running Tower Grove South bar known for its Korean-American spin on pub food, is finally sliding back into its old spot on Morgan Ford this weekend after a kitchen fire shut it down in April 2024. The crew is kicking things off with a soft launch on Friday, May 8, and aiming for a full official reopening on Saturday, May 16. Soft launch details, hours and what to expect
For the soft launch, Stella Blues plans to open from noon to 1:30 a.m. Friday through Sunday, with the kitchen cooking until 1 a.m. Regular hours are penciled in for 3 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. seven days a week, according to Sauce Magazine.
