CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — A deputy from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office was arrested by state troopers on Thursday.
According to court records, Lieutenant Scott Clemens was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol on DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing charges.
