ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A 49-year-old Anderson man was arrested on Wednesday, facing multiple trafficking charges after deputies discovered methamphetamine and fentanyl.
William Joseph Kilgore was taken into custody following a search warrant executed by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office in the Ferry Street area of Anderson.
