How Bubby’s Diner is reinventing a fast-food classic with 1950s flare

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Bubby’s Diner may feel like it’s been around for ages, but these checkered floors and antique signs only found their home on Whitesburg Drive five years ago.

“We did a lot of online shopping and went to places like Goodwill,” owner Chris Belcher said. “Then we’ve had a lot of guests who have come in and just given us quite a few of our decorations as well.”
