Two people were charged after investigators confiscated a massive amount of drugs and guns in Northeast Philadelphia, including an anti-materiel rifle that’s used by militaries to shoot down helicopters.
Yandra Kamberaj, 26, and Theodore Manko, 45, were both arrested and charged for their alleged roles in a major drug distribution and gun manufacturing operation based in the city’s Somerton neighborhood, the District Attorney’s Office announced on Friday, May 8.
