LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man convicted of killing a longtime acquaintance in 2024 was sentenced in Lancaster County District Court on Friday.
Jacob Mulloy, 55, was sentenced to 19 years and 10 months in prison for manslaughter and 19 to 20 years for attempted use of a firearm to commit a felony. He has 759 days credit for time served.
The sentences will be served consecutively, totaling 38 years and 10 months up to 40 years…
