FRISCO, Texas — A 57-year-old Waxahachie resident has been arrested in connection with a 24-year-old cold case murder, according to the Frisco Police Department.
Keith Hart was taken into custody on May 8, 2026, at approximately 7:45 a.m. by members of the Frisco Police Department, in coordination with the Waxahachie Police Department. Hart faces a murder warrant related to the 2002 killing of Frank Weiss, a Plano resident found dead near Lake Lewisville within Frisco city limits.
