MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WLUC) – A Wisconsin energy foundation is helping Wisconsin and U.P. first responders by boosting an already existing grant.
A Friday morning press release from the We Energies Foundation says this year it is providing its largest donation yet. These donations go to help police, fire and emergency medical staff agencies to improve public safety through the Rewarding Responders Grant program. This year, the foundation will provide $150,000 in grant funding, which is up from last year’s donation of $100,000.
