Teen sentenced for 2024 fatal Penrose neighborhood shooting

ST. LOUIS – A judge sentenced a teen to prison Thursday following his conviction for the murder of another teen nearly two years ago.

According to officials, 19-year-old Carlos Coleman Jr. was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after being charged with voluntary manslaughter and armed criminal action.
