SEDGWICK COUNTY —A suspect charged in connection with a home invasion killing is due back in court Friday
Andre Bryant, 39, is scheduled to attend a preliminary hearing in the courtroom of Judge Tyler Roush, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office. He has been charged with felony murder, aggravated murder, aggravated battery, attempted second-degree murder, aggravated burglary, and felon in possession of a firearm in connection with the Dec. 27, home invasion shooting in the 100 block of North Ash in Wichita that left one man dead and another injured.
