PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — A 29-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after deputies say he kidnapped a woman in Parkland, according to police.
Deputies responded around 2:20 p.m. after a bystander reported seeing a female being forced into a black vehicle.
While a deputy was interviewing the witness, the suspect vehicle drove past, and the witness identified it as the one involved.
