HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu prosecutor secured an indictment against a 19-year-old connected with a stolen vehicle case that escalated into an officer-involved shooting.
On Monday, May 4, the Honolulu Police Department located a stolen vehicle in a parking lot on Kapiʻolani Boulevard. The car was being driven by a 19-year-old man, who allegedly rammed an unmarked police vehicle and another unoccupied vehicle multiple times.
