WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Prosecutors this week dismissed a drunk driving charge from February against a man who police said previously hit and killed a woman while driving a snow plow in 2024.
R.I. State Police arrested Lloyd Card, 32, in February and charged him with driving under the influence of liquor in West Warwick. According to court records, Card’s blood alcohol content was between 0.095 and 0.103% — above the legal limit of 0.08%.
Card was also charged with disorderly conduct. At the time, a judge ordered him to be monitored for alcohol use and not to drive, except to work, and not after 7 p.m…
