DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department says one person has died and another remains in critical condition after a shooting in downtown Des Moines.
At 6 p.m. on Friday, Des Moines Police announced officers had been called to the 800 block of Tuttle Street around 5:45 p.m. on reports of a shooting.
