Henderson residents and newcomers alike are seeing stronger options for new construction as one east-side community pulls ahead of the competition. Cadence recorded the highest sales volume among master-planned developments across the entire Las Vegas Valley in the first quarter. The result lifted Henderson’s overall share of new-home transactions to nearly 30 percent of the regional total.
Strong Opening for the Year
Buyers who closed on homes in Cadence during those three months helped the community finish ahead of every other master-planned project in the valley. The ranking reflects actual contracts signed and homes delivered, not just marketing activity. Local real-estate observers note that the east Henderson location continues to draw families who want newer amenities without traveling far from established employment centers.
Developers behind Cadence have maintained steady construction pace, allowing inventory to keep up with demand. That balance appears to have given the community an edge over projects still working through earlier phases or facing longer build times.
Henderson Captures Larger Share
The same quarter that placed Cadence at the top also boosted the city of Henderson’s standing in valley-wide numbers.
