Trussville launches online portal for code compliance complaints

TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (TRIBUNE) — Trussville residents can now report code compliance issues online through a portal on the city’s website. The city said the system is designed to make it easier for residents to submit issues for review and follow up directly.

Complaints handled through code enforcement include overgrown grass or vegetation, junk or debris accumulation, inoperable or unregistered vehicles on the property, unsafe or poorly maintained structures, outdoor storage that violates maintenance standards, illegal dumping, and improper or unpermitted signage.
