EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man is under arrest this weekend, after police say, he was driving while intoxicated and didn’t even have a driver’s license to begin with.
Evansville Police say this all started just after 1:00 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Washington Square. An off-duty officer says he heard a loud crash coming from a parking lot. The officers say they saw a car with heavy front end damage resting against several parked cars.
