If there’s one thing I’ve learned after spending more than a decade eating my way around the SouthCoast, it’s that sometimes the simplest ideas end up being the most brilliant. You don’t always need gold flakes, truffle oil, or some over-the-top viral gimmick to grab people’s attention.
