For around 20 years, Sabrina Houser worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region. She “wore all of the hats” and worked her way up from program manager to CEO and CFO. In 2016, she decided to leave the nonprofit sphere to start her own business, an outsourcing firm called Capital CFO+. It was a decision she sat on for over five years.
Now, Houser is the 2026 Women of Excellence honoree for Excellence in Business.
