Sleeping With Sirens performed their first show in over a year on Friday night to a sold-out crowd at Marathon Music Works ahead of their appearance at Welcome to Rockville this Sunday. Far before doors opened, fans lined the block in anticipation of the show.
Opening the night was rock band House and Home from Richmond, Virginia. Lead singer Patrick Williams noted that it was their largest support show to date, looking visibly grateful as fans packed in early and responded enthusiastically throughout their performance.
Once they took the stage, Sleeping With Sirens wasted no time launching into a high-energy performance, starting with “Do It Now Remember It Later” from their sophomore album Let’s Cheers to This. One of the night’s standout moments was the live debut of “An Ending In Itself,” the title track from the band’s upcoming album set for release on June 12. The record marks the band’s return to Rise Records and working with acclaimed producer Will Yip.
