HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — Hopewell Fire and EMS had asked residents to seek shelter as it investigated odors on Saturday night.
On Saturday, May 9 at 9:36 p.m., Hopewell shared in a post on social media that residents near Ramsey Avenue needed to seek shelter, and other community members had to avoid the area as it investigated the odors.
