SAN ANTONIO – A man has died after he was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound late Wednesday night.
According to the Bexar Country Sheriff’s Office, deputies were sent to the 11800 block of Potranco Road around 10:45 p.m. after a caller reported an adult male passed out near the door of a residence.
Deputies found 24-year-old Franky Garza with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. First responders attempted life-saving measures but Garza was pronounced dead at the scene…
