CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Work continues inside the Harter Bank building in downtown Canton, creating 30 market-rate apartment units on the upper floors.
And now city Planning Director Donn Angus is working with the developer on the project, according to Mayor Bill Sherer, hoping to bring a full-time year-round farmer’s market to the ground floor.
