AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – The trial for the three men accused in the deadly shooting of an Akron man at Tasty Carry Out in 2024 is set to begin Monday.
Khairi Moorer, 24, Derek Edwards, 20, and Robert Davis, 21, are accused of the murder of Jamar E. Franklin.
The trial is set to begin in the Summit County Common Pleas Court on Monday morning.
