Gas rises another 15 cents in Buffalo, topping national average

Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – Gas prices jumped another 15 cents over the last week in Buffalo, averaging $4.56/gallon according to AAA. That’s 4 cents higher than the national average. We were paying $3.10 in New York State a year ago.

The WNY Coalition for the Homeless is hosting a Homeless Services Job Fair next Monday afternoon, May 18, from 1-4 at Gerard Place on Bailey Avenue in Buffalo. Between 20-40 providers will be there looking for shelter workers, case managers, life coaches and several other positions.
