ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A man was arrested on Friday after troopers say he was caught on traffic cameras breaking into light poles along Interstate 10 in Escambia County and pulling out wiring.
Troopers say they were dispatched around 1:30 p.m. to a report of a suspicious person on Interstate 10 (State Road 8) eastbound at mile marker 15.
