HENAGAR, Ala. (WAFF) – A man is accused of smuggling illegal immigrants across state lines and kidnapping a 7-month-old.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Selvin Alirio Reyes-Lopez was arrested and charged with Kidnapping in Madison on Saturday.
After Reyes-Lopez was arrested, it was later determined that he was allegedly involved in human smuggling and was also found to be a Guatemalan national illegally residing in the United States…
