BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A Bedford County man is facing 13 additional felony indictments after investigators said they found drugs, guns and cash during a search of a home earlier this year.
On May 5, a Bedford County grand jury indicted Clayton O’Brian Martin, who remains in jail, according to the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the sheriff’s office, the charges include four counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II controlled substance as a third or subsequent offense, three counts of distributing a Schedule II controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and three counts of felony child abuse and neglect.
