HONOLULU (Island News) – A collision resulted in an elderly man being hospitalized with critical injuries on Monday after driving in the wrong direction on an off-ramp in the Kalihi area.
It was reported at about 12 p.m. on Monday, that a collision occurred on the N. King St. off-ramp of the Moanalua Fwy, eastbound direction.
