CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A legal battle over a homeowners association in a Clarksville subdivision is not over yet.
Residents in the Timber Springs subdivision say they are preparing to appeal after a judge dismissed their lawsuit against the neighborhood’s HOA and developer. The homeowners argue they lived for years without an active homeowners association before suddenly being told they owed fees.
Now, the dispute is headed back to court later this month…
