Just ahead of a busy Mother’s Day weekend, The Family Table held a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday, May 6.
Most recently, the building at 209 South Poplar Street was home to the popular restaurant, The Dailey Grind. New owners Walter and Margaret Tapp and Mike and Missy Varney have spent the last several months enclosing the outdoor dining area overlooking the South Fork of the Licking River, relocating bathrooms and equipping the kitchen.
The result is a bright, fishing-themed space with white walls and a corrugated metal ceiling. Sliding glass doors let the view of the Licking star…
