INDIANAPOLIS — A 58-year-old woman is dead following a hit-and-run on Indy’s northeast side.
The victim’s family believes she was walking to work when she was hit by a driver along a wooded stretch of German Church Road.
In the middle of the afternoon, around 2:45 p.m. on Monday, police were called to the scene just north of 42nd where a woman was found dead on the side of the street.
