After close to a year on the loose, a man wanted for an alleged rape of an elderly woman is now behind bars.
Marvin Lewis Page, 49, of Chapmansboro, turned himself in on April 4, in Springfield for arrest and was later transferred for processing at the Cheatham County Jail, according to the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office.
According to a true presentment filed in the Cheatham County Circuit Court, Page was indicted by a grand jury for one count of rape on Sept. 2, 2025. The indictment said the alleged attack occurred on or about April 17, 2025. No other information about the attack was available…
